Trovato il relitto dello Jantina

Il relitto dello sfortunato sommergibile Jantina, affondato nel 1941 dall'HMS Torbay mentre dal Dodecaneso rientrava in Italia per lavori (si salvarono soltanto in sei), è stato ritrovato dal subacqueo greco Kostas Thoctarides a 103 metri di profondità:

Il 29 dicembre 2021 la Reuters ha pubblicato un breve comunicato stampa che annuncia il ritrovamento, da parte di un team greco guidato da Kostas Thoctarides, del sommergibile Jantina, affondato il 5 luglio 1941 dopo esser stato colpito dai siluri lanciati dal sommergibile inglese HMS Torbay.
