HELP!!!! Problems with CALVI model :-(

Hi there!

 

First I must apologise, I cannot speak Italian, so forgive me if I cause problems. :s10:

 

I've downloaded CANARB'S excellent Calvi model :s15:, but I suffer from a lot of slowness when I use it in SHII and Destroyer Command. Speach is slurred and everything gets jerky when the Calvi is there.

 

This problem ceases when the Calvi is not there. :s16:

 

I have

 

Geforce4 mx440 card

900 Athlon processor,

256 Mb RAM,

and

30 Gb Hard drive.

 

Also DirectX 9.

 

Can anyone help me?

We are sorry, but Calvi's model is very heavy for PC.

Polygon number is high, so, in old PC, the game could be slow.

Atholon is a good processor.

 

Free memory.

disabled any program to msconfig.

use low or medium detail

I thought that the hifg polygon count may have been the problem, I just wanted to make sure.

 

I can work with that.
