Mi chiamo Marco Fare'...appassionato di storia in generale.. La spiegazione del perchè ho chiesto di poter accedere a Betasom è semplicemente questa: Il marito della mia maestra delle scuole elementari era Gioacchino Ventura...che ho conosciuto personalmente. Tempo fa avevo incominciato a curiosare per cercare di capire come un comandante di sommergibile fosse finito in mezzo alle montagne ... in Val d'Ossola. Ricordo molto bene quanto mi ha raccontato sulla sua vita (ero un piccolo bambino di 6-7 anni) e di cosa gli fosse successo durante la guerra. Adesso mi sto appassionando alla ricerca della sua storia e di conseguenza al sommergibile Perla. Vi ringrazio ancora ... e chissà ..tramite Voi ..di conoscere anche qualche particolare in più.. Se fosse successo qualche anno fa avresti potuto conoscere l'ufficiale di rotta del Perla durante la traversata Atlantica (amm Sandroni) per ora dovrai "accontentarti" di Bob Napp, che ha fatto molte ricerche e ci ha scritto un romanzo.
