willi Posted November 17, 2003 Report Share Posted November 17, 2003 Bene, comandante Finalmente l'uomo giusto per risollevare le sorti di Betasom 2003. Perche? Ma per le ormai troppo frequenti perdite di battelli ed equipaggi nel corso delle missioni! Vi sono almeno due ordini di motivi, sui quali si è soliti stendere il pietoso velo delle solite giustificazioni. 1°) Le incoercibili gare di rutti, fra l'equipaggio (comandante in primis) del battello in missione e fra battelli del branco. Questo ha portato come conseguenza alla facile individuazione degli stessi da parte dei DD alleati (altro che sonar attivo e radar!) ed alla strenua caccia, il cui epilogo è sintetizzato dalla frase: "Soccombette dopo ore di insistenti attacchi dei destroier con cariche di profondità..." 2°) Le atmosfere interne dei battelli, sature di vapori etilici (è nota la destinazione reale delle riservette proiettili) che durante la navigazione in immersione, innescate da qualsiasi scintilla o fiamma libera, (leggi onnipresenti toscani) provocano disastrose esplosioni, concluse dalla frase: "Un' altro battello è andato perduto per cause imprecisate. Le unitàamiche in zona hanno percepito una unica potente esplosione..." Alla salute, comandante!
