QuartoMoro Report post Posted October 19, 2002 Mi è capitato di leggere da più parti che i comandanti di gruppi, flottiglie o flotte issassero le proprie insegne sulla nave nella quale - di volta in volta - prendevano il mare. Era una particolare insegna, uguale per tutti i comandanti in mare? O ognuno aveva un proprio personale emblema? E' una tradizione bellica o anche in tempo di Pace viene applicata?
