betasom01 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 (edited) :biggrin: Oggi mi hanno finalmente il postino ha fatto la consegna dopo una lunga attesa di circa un mese e mezzo tra cui una buona parte in dogana…. Importante che sia arrivato tutto sano .Qui postato in tre foto l’elettronica composto dal controller dei 5 assi + 3 driver e poi in seguito se ne aggiungono gli altri 2 per completare la macchina ma questo lo vedremo più in avanti.Come alloggiamento ho avuto la bella idea anzi geniale quello di utilizzare un desktop da pc e quello che vedete e per un media center non volevo spendere una fortuna ma soli euro 19.- spedizione compresa....Realizzerò un piano di appoggio con un foglio di plexiglass di 4mm per la base dove fisserò la sceda e i driver.Postero le foto del montaggioCordialmenteRolf Edited July 9, 2013 by betasom01 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

betasom01 Report post Posted July 10, 2013 ciao littorio Senza la fresa non posso andare avanti con i lavori visto che tutta la sovra struttura e i particolari sono già stati disegnati in 3D e pronti per essere lavorati . Mi hanno proposto di esporla definitivamente al museo navale di Venezia, ci sto pensano ……….. betasom01 Report post Posted July 26, 2013 Ciao Iscandar Ti spiego in due parole : Hai presente una stampante 3D ? ecco questo e il fratellone maggiore che invece di avere un ugello che butta fuori plastica fusa ha una fresa oltre ai suoi 3 assi ha la possibilità di lavorare con 1 o 2 assi supplementari in pratica con un 4 o 5 assi in pratica il 4 asse ha la funzione di rotazione e il 5 asse e composta di due parti un piatto girevole e una culla che si sposta di 180°.. Questa CNC e in grado una volta ben testata di effettuare lavorazioni di incisione, taglio, estrarre dai solidi pezzi in 3D, sagomare e riprodurre tutto ciò che mi può o servirvi semplicemente da un disegno 2D o 3D. Ha la possibilità di lavorare tutti i tipi di materiali dalla plastica quali plexiglass, PVC, ecc…, legno, ottone, alluminio. l’unico piccolo problemini sta per la lavorazione dell’acciaio che devo realizzare una piccola vaschetta per la lubrificazione e raffreddare l’utensile. betasom01 Report post Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) ciao la copertura delle ottiche sono state fatte con dei mezzo tondo della evergreen mentre per la chiodatura e stato realizzato un utensile per creare la giusta dimensione il tutto ricavato da un foglio di 0.25 sempre della evergreen ed incollati uno ad uno.....
